from simple consultations to comprehensive hands-on project implementation.
The process begins
with a consultation to assess your specific organizational challenges and
discuss your project goals.
Next, we formulate a
general course of action and sign an Agreement for Services.
We work by the hour,
with a minimum time block, allowing you maximum control of your time and project
budget.
Our services are
normally performed on a one-on-one basis. On large scale or rush projects,
we may assemble a team by calling in fellow qualified organizers.
